hello main oven not heating replaced element which was blown. still have no heat and the top oven cooling fan stays on all the time. there is no voltage and at he element terminals. selector switch is ok as got continuity please advie me stuck

i am trained in repairing appliances for service force and i just havent had this problem before model u1421

Have you not checked if you are getting continuity through the TEMPERATURE LIMITER (i. e. the overheat stat 😉 )….????

If you are in fact a trainee engineer for Service Force, then perhaps you may wish to supply details to admin@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for the possiblity of Trade Access in future?

yes i have checked the klixons but they all seem fine. thats why i am a bit lost with this one
