neff cooker B1320 not working but fan & grill are ?

new to this forum – can anyone help I have the above oven Neff B1320 – the grill is working and so is the fan but the oven is not heating up ?? Could this be a fuse or thermostat problem – is it easy to change either of them and can you assist and advise how to do this. Also where is the best place to get parts. thanks

It will be the element more than likely, we will need the full model please, it will start with Enr and be B1320GB/?? or similar to identify please 🙂

is the element reasonably priced and how straight forward is it to change???/whereabouts does it live??

In that case you need to use the spares link below and order ELE2044 😉

Element is behind rear panel in oven cavity. Isolate oven at spur or fuse box before attempting any repair.
