I have a Neff B-AP12-7 cooker where the lights which show on the front (control panel for fan or normal oven) will not light up fully. It makes a “pinging” noise like a faulty starter on a fluorescent ceiling light, and just flashes on and off.
Is this something I can easily fix myself – i.e. is it simply a question of getting and replacing a bulb or starter?
The cooker is about 15 years old and, other than this fault, appears to be working as it did when new.
Peter , the model number is wrong . On the same label where you got the B-AP12-7 , there will be an ENr number . That’ll be the model number. You have put up the serial number . Getting the correct model number will help .
