Neff D/W dispenser fault.

    I was fitting a door seal to this customers Bosch washer this afternoon and she mentioned a strange fault on her Neff dishwasher.
    Enr:S52E50X1GB/17

    She says that if she sets it to Eco 50° wash the dispenser drawer opens correctly but when set to an Auto 65°/75° the drawer stays closed. ❓ ❓

    Any ideas?

    No logic to that other than the assumption of the dispenser being at fault? All programmes, except Pre-rinse, the function of the dispenser remains the same.

    It does seem an odd fault, not sure just how consistent the fault is with each programme?
