    Model S54M45X5GB-01

    From a phone call so not sure of accuracy of that number.

    I need the main grey plastic drain hose, not sure if it is the same as The Hotpoint clones, Neff eSpares site is down ATM.

    think its this one Jim, 298564 may either connect with a short rubber connector or push straight in to the air break. as you say, bosch e shop is down till this evening.

    Thanks Mark, I did suspect it was the same as the Hotpoint one but there are a couple of different hoses so wanted to be sure.
