Neff D/W not spraying bottom but does top???

Neff integrated D/W s5543x2gb44 water comes into machine and motor operates, water does not come out of the bottom spray arm with enough force to turn it, it does however turn the top one. Is there a service note on this ? the recirc motor sounds healthy enough.

sounds like a diverter problem, if its like the bosch type, its on the heater box. assembly comes complete.
we have seen a few of these.

just looked on the diagram, there is a diverter, part no 483257.
electrue £64.75 + vat.
do the checks first, i would at that price.
