possibly junk in the wash pump impellor, that would cause low pressure although appear to be working.looked at exploded view, does’nt appear to be any half load solenoid.

Just lift the top spray tube away from the heater box to see if both outlet holes are clear? 😉

No alternator valve on this one, so has to be some sort of blockage. Slow pump would feed bottom rotor, not top.

This has been listed several times before under Hotpoint / Bosch.
Main culprit is the hose from the water tank to the sump,. remove the front plinth and it is on the left hand side. It can be removed at floor level from the front without disturbing the dishwasher.
Take out and clean all the gunk out. Its very common and restricts the flow of water.
I found this some years ago after suspecting the motor. From then on its the first thing I would check (after obvious liked blocked spray arms).
The hose pulls out and is a push fit back into the sump.
Easy job and the customer is usually relieved because they probably suspected an expensive motor needed. 😉

Is the bottom arm actually turning during a cycle ? If your saying the wash motor inpellor is clear , what happens if you run it with the lower spray arm removed ? Could it be a loose spray arm losing pressure
    ?

It’s a bugger with dishwashers not being able to see what happens when you shut the door isn’t it? But you know you can always ‘trigger’ the door latch with a small screwdriver, then take off both spray arms before hitting the on button (have a towel and waders handy though first!!!!)

You’ll soon see where the water is coming from that way…. 😆

no spray arm is turning as i can see this if i open the door quickly.
i found a piece of glass in the sump over the pump cover dont know if this would affect it .

this is a strange one, not something silly like holes in the cuttlery basket, when you test it empty all is fine, but you know what customers are like, they wont mention that there knives and forks slip through.
