Neff d/washer,program times wrong

hi,this neff built in s4456s3gb/35 is showing the wrong program times,for example the quick wash should b 30 odd minutes,but displays 93mins,it fills and washes as usual,altho results arent great,remem a long time ago replacing control unit an heater on fault simular,different d/w tho,which was ok for a while then same problem again,any one else found this??

It may well be underfilling due to sludge accumulation – insufficent water will not rip the diaphragm switch in the heater box, so it will take ages to heat. The computer remembers the previous running times and brings them up when a programme is selected.

thanx chris,sides were slightly blocked,cleared that tho,still massive program times,washed my hands of it and sent um back to bosch

Its good to remember that it won’t change/reset the times until its run through a complete programme.
