DOWN AND STOPS OPEN DOOR AND NO NOENS LIT ON AND OFF SWITCH OK DOOR SWITCH OK
EMPTY Mc BY LIFTING FLOAT SWITCH UP
COULD THIS BE A THERMISTAT PROBLEM OR PCB FAULT

Has all the symptoms of PCB, if you are getting no leds on when you open door.

SUSPECTED PCB HAD TO SWITCH ON AND OFF A FEW TIMES TO GET IT TO FIRE UP AGAIN DID SAME THING FILLED AND WASHES THEN CLOSES DOWN WITH NO DISPLAY MY THINKING IS THAT IT IS ASKING FOR HEAT WHEN IT CLOSES DOWN

Have you checked the plug and socket??
Maybe overheated and when calling for the heater current, it can’t cope.
Look at pins of plug top and if you want try plugging appliance into a different socket.

Check the mains supressor, they have a history of failure.
And for the love of god turn your caps lock off 😈
