had recent call to the above

problem was no water intake

Water light ON

worked problem back to inlet vakve, as when hit with pliers..valve opened

Have revisited and replaced valve with Neff replacement

Switched on to test..unit filled and ran through its full cylcle

Cleint set up on timer last night..no action whats so ever.unit sat with
Active light ON
Water Light ON

client has done re-set proceedure withdirect connection to unit,less timer switch

it just times out on drain pump and sits with above panel lights on ( no water intake)

any help appreciated

I’m not sure which one this is, but after a recent problem I had, it it has the impellor jug fitted, that is what I would go for. It could be the aquastop valve if it has aquastop. I kow it’s a bit vague, but hope it may be of use. Steve.
