Neff Dishwasher

Neff Dishwasher model S4340XOGB/20 will not start when the push button swiches are depressed but the machine will work if the mechanical timer is moved on manualy. I have tried changing the push button switch bank. Can any one out ther help me on this one.

Hi Bill
When you say it will work when you manually advance timer, does it complete a cycle or just start to make noises as if working?

I had this problem a while back, I replaced timer and cured the fault. I assume that when you press the start, the timer moves from the last cam position to cam 1, then normal timer functions advance it.
Expensive repair tho, maybe EMW can get you one

I can’t think of anything else but timer to be honest p/no 260762 £78.00 +VAT list.

Just did a search for forum avatars 😉 Took agaes mind. Some don’t fit or are too big for on here.
