Neff Dishwasher FD280 U1421N1GB/07

Just repaired their Neff oven and come home, customer has a Neff dishwasher that will start the drain pump ok but not pump any water around the system to start the wash cycle.

Well I know they have had this fault for a long time because I could smell the unit and opend the door while I was in the kitchen.Black mould had started to form inside the unit?

Before I place my head on the chopping block are there any main things to look for with this Neff dishwasher. Customer tells me on the phone it is 12 years old?
Don’t want to get caught up for to long as it is built nicely into the kitchen woodwork.

I would check sump hose, pressure chamber for blockages first

Yup spot on I was told model FD8204 type U1421N1GB/07 by the customer but could not get back in as they have electric gates to the manor?
