Hello,
I had a problem E15 model S71T69X6EU/44. I then purchased a repair kit for the additional fitting of the seal (large diameter). After I applied this and a few days of stoppage I could start the program again, E15 was gone but after a few minutes E24 appeared (no water supply). This seemed logical to me because I assumed that in the event of a leak and the filling of the bottom plate, the aqua stop would be activated and this would cause E24 to be displayed. I have opened up the whole thing and I actually see another leak, but for the origin of it I just need your approach.
The water runs along the back of the pump housing (see photo). I don’t see any water running over the pump, so I fear somewhere that it runs out of the pump itself.
See the red arrow where water runs out. Very strange location.
