ParticipantI have a Neff integrated dishwasher that does not fill with water. It shows error E24 and the check water supply icon in the display. When I start the dishwasher all water is drained out but it does not fill with any fresh water. I have taken the fill chamber or metering tank off and cleaned it becuase it was full of gunk. The dishwasher then seems to work for one cycle. It will fill and wash as you would expect. Second time though the same e24 and check water icon appear. I have checked the supply and drain hoses and there are no blockages. This leads me to think that I may have a sensor issue and the dishwasher is not detecting that the water has been drained correctly. I am not sure how to check this. Any advice would be gratefully received. Thanks.

Moderatore24 and 25 are both drain errors
to detect the unit has drained the board detects the current flowing to the drain pump. when the unit is empty the pump sucks air and draws less current
a faulty pump that is worn can also draw more current fooling the board that its still full
or it could be the board
is it draining all the water ?

ParticipantThanks Dave for your reply I will check tonight to see how much water is drained. Could it be that there is something trapped around the pump which causes it to work harder and draw more current? I have had a good look in the sump area and cleaned out any debris but I have not removed the pump.

ParticipantHello Dave when it drains the water I can see a small amount left in sump. It is about 2 cm from the lowest point in the centre of the sump. If I completely empty the sump using a sponge the dishwasher will then start a wash cycle. I stopped the cycle before it finished but it did fill with water and pump the water through the spray arms. Does this mean that the pump is failing?

ParticipantHi Dave
Do you stock the drain pump? I can see a pump with the SKU number 00611332 on your website but my model is not shown in the list of models that this part fits.
Thanks
Julian
