    Hi all,

Can somebody please help me. I have a Neff S54M45X1GB/10 and it seems as though the cycle doesn’t start.
So far I have tried the below:
Cleaned filters, checked impellers for waste pump.
Removed waster pipe off sink into bucket and waste comes out OK, clean water.
Removed the side panels and levels all seem fine on the clear panel pressure system.
Tipped 45 Degrees backwards to reset anti-flood
    Bottom tray is dry.
I have filled with boiling water and when you lift the float internally the water is pumped out fine.
What seems to happen is it fills with water for a minute or so then cycles through putting water into the dishwasher and then pumping out with the cycle remaining on the same time. There does seem to be a red tap symbol published on the small LED display.

Any help is appreciated before I call someone out tomorrow.

    Thankyou.

    David

Re: Neff Dishwasher not starting cycle – Water OK Waste OK,

OK I’ve fitted the new impeller. How can I tell that cold water is being used, it seems to be humming. No tap symbol is displayed now.

Re: Neff Dishwasher not starting cycle – Water OK Waste OK,

Did you replace the impellor jug or pump impellor?
If it’s just humming it sounds like the cold supply valve is off or the supply hose is kinked as it was filling before you did whatever you did…
