    Can anybody help me out with a service manual or wiring diagram for the above model.

    E02 heat pump is ok, changed board but still doesn’t heat.

    is it taking enough water ?

    don’t know exactly how these units determine if there is enough water to start heating but my guess is they monitor the motor current

    try wait till is full and tip a large pan of water in there as well and see what happens. check all filters etc as well
