Neff dishwasher S51M632GB/93 not draining completely

Neff dishwasher washes ok but leaves too much water in tub at the end of programme. Drains down fine when i try it and new pump fitted recently to try to cure same fault. Not backfilling. Not sure what else to try

is it overfilling ?

was thinking impellor jug may be missing a few beats making it add more water

doesn’t appear to be when i’ve watched it but possibly. Then again when i watch it pump out it drains so well i think it would cope with that. Bit of a puzzle

some units have problems with extended hoses

is the hose laid in an odd way so it could airlock slightly ?

Not that i can see. With the original pump, sometimes it would try several times before it got going, hence the reason i changed it. ??

well it should be a 3 phase pump, i would check the connection to the board, if its lost a phase it may cause this

after that it may well be a board fault
