Neff Dishwasher S5433XOGB/13

Does not start. Found relay on the control board was slightly concave at top maybe indicating overheating thus burnt out.
PCB below relay slightly discoloured indicating that it had been getting very `warm`. Second opinion please. Also can I get these repaired or exchanged anywhere.

Hi Laurence,

that black box is the main panel transformer 240v input, several different output voltages for different purposes on the board. That is definately reason for not starting, don’t know if QER can help with repairs if not will have to be genuine Neff replacement.

It will just be failure of transformer no other fault on machine can cause this type of failure.
