Neff dishwasher S5453 fills & drains

Called to this in January and it was dead.. Fit new module and away it went. Called back this week and it is just filling and draining at the same time! Removed new module and it has a blow mark on one of the triacs, centre top half of board. No obvious signs of leaks underneath..

Dodgy module or is there another component I am missing which is causing the module to blow??

if the module ha blown your missing something

find the output wire to the blown triac and try to trace it. my guess would be the heater unit and in particular the motor section that alters the flow to the wash bars

You’ll need to track the circuit leading to that triac to find out what component caused it to blow. Top suspects:

Water point diverter unit
Dispenser solenoid
Circulating pump

So a costly fix whatever. 🙁
