Neff Dishwasher S5456X2GB/42 Prog Selection Problems

Hi,

Customer complains that when buttons pressed for prog selection incorrect setting info shows. Plus will go through prog sometimes without doing anything and dispenser has not opened.

Does anyone have any downloadable info on these machines re fault descriptions and prog resetting etc.

Going to this machine tomorrow.

The Bosch website is a useful guide for spare part numbers and includes exploded diagrams of all Bosch Siemens And Neff machines. However I believe technical info is a bit harder to get hold of.

From the customers odd description of the symptoms I bet it’s just a case of needing ‘resetting’ to be honest 😉

From memory I think it’s the 2nd & 4th buttons held in for 3 seconds should solve it ❗
