    Hi,
I’ve been out to a Neff dishwasher today S54M45X5GB/01 and it seems to be overfilling and when the safety overflow gets high enough it empties and then refills continuously.
I have noticed that this machine has a flow meter instead of the older pressure switch in the matrix. Now I have had a look at the flow meter and the wheel inside is turning, but with never having any problems with one of these on a BSH machine before (plenty of problems with whirlpool ones) unsure what to look for.
I wasn’t sure whether it could be the motor not cutting in quick enough to take the water out of the sump and causing the machine to think it was overfilling but the motor seems fine, not seized and the machine is only 3 years old. The pipes and the matrix are completely grease and algae free.
Then again I also thought that it could be the PCB.

If anybody has any experience with these machine or indeed this flow meter and advice would be greatly received.

    Cheers guys

    Nick
