Neff dishwasher touch controls not responding

    Hello, I have inherited a Neff S5409X0GB/02 fully integrated dishwasher with a touch control panel.
    The dishwasher is stuck in wash cycle and none of the touch buttons will respond ie cancel cycle or the on/off button.
    When I open the door the messages cancel programme, close the door,wash, and time to end come up.
    Any ideas please ?
