Hi,I have a neff domino two plate induction hob,it it showing er2 when switched on,can you help please

Would be nice if we had the actual model (ENr) number of the appliance? But the error code suggests a ‘Ventilator problem’ as a rule. It will need surgery to establish the exact cause as it could also be a wiring fault or indeed a control circuit board fault. Sadly not a simple DIY fix though I would suggest. 😥
