    I Have a Neff U1863N2GB/01 double oven. The top oven is working fine but the bottom oven has no power and timer plus the oven display are dead. I’ve had the back off and 240v goes up to the control unit goes across the switch but nothing comes down to the elements? I have replaced the fan heating element so far. any suggestions?

    Why did you change the fan element, was it faulty?
