Neff Double Oven – Bottom oven not working

I have a Neff U1661N2GB – HBB AP59-8 and while cleaning the bottom oven one of the lights blew. The bottom oven now doesn’t work, the control panlel is off. The top oven works ok.

I have seen somewhere that there is a Neff website which has exploded diagrams etc. Does anyone have a link for this as I cant find it.

My alternative is a claim on the household contents!!!!!

Hi Ian,

Check the clock hasn’t been knocked on to automatic while you were cleaning it if the oven if completely dead.

Had the oven out and an electrician checked out the supply….power going in (off course)to the bottom oven controller but nothing coming out

Look for a safety stat then that could have failed en route to the timer.

Failing that, very possibly the clock has failed and, if so, it won’t be cheap.
