NEFF Double oven FAULT .

Hi any help would be much appreciated !!

I have a NEFF Double oven model FD8001

The fault is the bottom oven does not heat up , the fan kicks in when the temp gauge is turned on but the oven itself does not heat , also the lamp inside does not illuminate either .

I have removed the back cover to check for fuses etc , but could not find any .

Does anyone have any idea what could be at fault ?

The FD is the manufacture date. What we need is the ENR or FNR number so we can assist you further.

Hi , The ENR No. is u1421nogb/01

and the FD No . is 8001
