    Hi,
Ive got a strange problem with a Neff double oven. The lady says that when she uses her top oven/grill, it creates a lot of steam/condensation, so much so that it drips from the cupboard door above. The laminate is actually coming away from the bottom.
I have been out to see the machine and it seems to me that the cooling fans take too long to cut it.
I placed the top oven on about 240 degrees and it easily reaches this temperature and after about 25 mins the cooling fans came on (double fans top and bottom)

The only thing I can think is that the cut in for the top oven is failing and taking too long (too high temp) to come on, the facia was very hot, which the lady dod comment on as well.
Has anybody else had this problem?
Does anybody know the part no for the thermostats for the coolings fans.

Any help and advice would be really appreciated guys.

    Cheers

just replaced them on a Bosch single oven. The cooling fan wasn’t running and it knackered a 6 month old element causing it to trip the consumer unit after running for 10 minutes.

Thanks for your help on this. In 20+ years, i’ve never had a problem with these limiters. I’ve swapped a few on other makes but not BSH.
Are both limiters the same for top and bottom does anybody know. Should I swap both together?
