Neff double oven u1721

I have a Neff built-under double oven. The top oven/grill is working fine, but the bottom oven is not heating although the fan is working. I understand that I need a heating element and have looked for one on this website but was unable to find one for the correct model number. Please advise where I can find one. Thank you.

We will almost certainly have this in stock but there are a few variations on the U1271 model number.

If you can check the Enr from the rating plate please, it will begin with U1271 but have more on the end of it.
