Guys Ive got a 6 year old Neff fully int d/washer(you know the one, no Mod number to hand, sorry) that i cant get to empty!! before you all bombard me with the obvius, i have changed the pump, cleared the big side chamber, i’ve also blown and cleared out the waste pipe, ive even taken the anti return black flap off, i can then blow from one end and get bubling water in the sump!!i can get it to drain eventually but the flow is so so slow, i ask you if i need to change or clean out the side chamber as it is a bit clogged up in the top left side(by the air valve thingy) but ive had hundreds like that and never had to changed one yet!!

I know it seems like a no brainer but it cant be the module can it?????

If the pump is running then it can’t be the module. Most likely is you’ve got a bit of debris getting stuck in the pump – side chamber hose. Best way to clear it is to detatch the hose where it enters the side chamber and get it to pump into a washing up bowl. If you get good flow then connect side chamber & hose one at a time till you find the blockage. The muck in the top corner of the tank doesn’t normally cause a problem but I have had a side chamber blocked with fat in the outlet side where the fat floats on the water that sits in the waste loop about 50mm from top of the tank. If so, pour boiling water in the chamber & melt it out. Wizard.

I don’t know if this is anything like the Bosch with the inspection cover over the pump impellor held in place by a T20 head screw? If it does have that then could be that the cover ain’t fitted back properly.
    Mike.
