neff dw overfills

done around a million of these in the past and never had this problem. Usual blocked float and hose leading to sump, cleaned out and re fitted but noticed diaphram not pushing the leever out to operate the microswtich so change to new float ass, fills fine, switch now operates at first level to bring on circ pump and continues filling, lever operates swtich at second level but water still comes in and continued to fill until it cycles off the overflow float and microswitch.
Manually operate switch but cannot get water to stop coming in but switch off or open door and water stops so its not a sticking valve.
Have had to go for PCB but anyone else had similar?

Never come across that before but logic says it has to be the pcb…

thanks Clive and to update, yes pcb fitted and all is well. Will be fringers crossed time from now on after every gunked up float change. lets hope its a one off.
