Neff E47CR32N0B/49 Single Oven( slid under door)

I have been asked to fit a new outer glass on the door, I can do that ,but the customer tells me she removed the complete door from oven and cant refit it as it won’t slid completely back in..Never worked on this type before..not sure it its wise to get involved..any advice would be welcome..cheers John

We have repaired a few of theses doors. Before you try and refit the door make sure the hinges are locked in the open position.

they can be fun

got one in the van beyond repaIr as the door runner snapped and took out inner glass. amonst other things. Shame as nothing wrong with oven as far as i know
