NEFF Electric Oven

have visted NEFF single Elect/oven

client says grill not cooking! properly

switch on grill..element ON full glow, (i suspect) have not run current test on it as unit is still in situ.

ALSO NOTICE MAIN OVEN CIRCULAR ELEMENT GLOWING BRIGHT RED. NO FAN OPERATING.

surely main oven should not be on when grill is in operation

are we talking selector switch problem??? or what?

Certainly it points to a faulty selector switch I would think? Are you getting a feed to the fan motor at any point? If not then it must be the selector switch 😉

FYI selector switch p/no 163313 available from link below, if required.
Check for earth leakage also.
