Neff Fan oven B AP22-7 Suddenly Not Working

Hi there – I don’t know where to start looking for something to fix? Any ideas that don’t involve a complete new oven would be very much welcomed? The grill works fine and the fan goes round but it doesn’t give any heat out. 😕

Probably the fan element gone. Its around the fan at the back of the oven. Ensure the oven is switched off at the wall before touching anything. even better…try our repairs@ service: click here

The fan element has failed more than likely, if you post the full model beginning Enr…. identifying the correct one won’t be a problem.

If you’re unsure of how to replace the element, please ask an engineer, Repairs@ should provide one for you 🙂
