neff fridge k4254x4gb/02 icing up freezer

hi yall i have this integrated fridge freezer when its defrosted it freezes over within a day , fridge compartment not as cold as it should be either , when i saw it first the doors were not closing fully so i sealed them up but its still freezing up i cant pull out the drawers after 2 days ???thanks

If this is a frost free model it’s likely blocked with ice,you would need to leave off both compartments with doors open for a minimum of 36 hours to ensure it defrosts completely,including the freeezer evaporator which lies behind the back wall of the freezer.
If the problem re surfaces you will have to check if sensors are OK.
