Need some advice as Neff are not my thing, turn on the burner and no gas comes out but all the lights on the unit flash, press the ignition button and the light go out but no spark from the ignition probe.
Any ideas anyone ?

Sounds like its in “child lock” mode. Press & hold the on/off button for about 5 seconds. This should bring the hob back to normal operation. If this does’nt work, switch off at the mains & leave it 5 mins before switching back on. The button you are refering to is not an ignition button, it is an on/off (power) button. The burners are controlled electronically so its an automated process for ignition when the gas tap is turned. If there is moisture around the ignition heads this will cause the hob to “lock out”.
