    I have Neff 1421 oven and the bulb needs replacing but i cannot get the old one off (turning anticlockwise) Does anybody have any other ideas apart from breaking the glass and replacing.

    Try removing the door first (see your instruction book).

    Then use a rubber glove to get more purchase on the cover.

    Tried removing door and using rubber glove which got more purchase but i still cannot move it.

    Call an engineer to do it for you

    Or you could just cook in the dark i suppose 😆
