Neff hide and slide oven has fault any advice please

Turned on as normal but the screen says
VARIANT CODE
has around 10 codes to select
Push on button to conf

problem is it flashes the date and wont come on ?

have tried calling Neff they did not know

To look up anything any of the guys will need the full model or ENR number off the rating plate that should be around the oven door opening.

will not come on , I have turned it off at mains for 5 mins as well and tried the different codes and pressed start but nothing

The ‘Variant Code’ is also shown on the same rating plate as the ENr number. Though from what you say it appears the software needs reconfiguring and for that to be performed you will need to get BSH out to do that for you. 🙁

Bosch basically who owns Neff though for this you’ll need to call Neff.
