Neff HIIWE60N0G/04 Microwave oven not starting

I looked at the above Neff integrated microwave oven that when started counts down but there’s no power to the fan or HV side and the turntable turns slowly.
There’s no insulation fault, the monitor fuse is OK and the door switches test and operate as they should.
I am pretty sure it’s the PCB but before committing to changing it wondered if anyone else has come across this problem and if hey can confirm it is the PCB.

No sign of blown tracks and the bulb works.

i would double check the door switches as have had this exact fault in other units due to door switches

find the relay on the board that activates the transformer and see if it closes when you press start
