neff induction hob

Hi guys ,ive been working on Neff hob model t4742noo1 which runs for a few mins then small h starts flashing along with no selected normally 9,when it cools down runs again then same fault appears.I found main pcb with ntc incorperated faulty so replaced it,after few days same fault occured any ideas would be appreciated,ihave checked pan type with magnet and size

“h” normally means plate is warm

“H” means plate hot.

Does it still work ?. May not even be a fault. I’d ask her to dig out the instruction book.

Superfix the h and 9 flash but does nothing else until it cools down,it affects both left hand plates at he same time not just one,ie both flash and wont work,the right hand side plates work perfectly 😕 and just to confuse its itermittent

module fault, this appliance is 2 appliances in 1, a pcb for the RH side and a pcb for the LH side. Check the intake fans under the appliance and check that the front vent has not been blocked with a drawer rail b4 changing the pcb. Big money for a pcb (big one under the induction plates) not the user pcb at the front!

ta beever have checked instal and air gap not 4-5mm, advised before fitting plate,cause they didnt believe us we fitted plate ageed by them but still same fault,we have advised more air,will let you know outcome 😉
