    Four ring induction hob E-Nr: T41D90X2/01.
    The two left hand rings can only be used separately and not together. When I try to use both rings together the panel flashes a back to front letter “g” and none of the two work. After power off I can have any one of the two rings but not both.
    I have tried switching off from the mains and leaving for thirty minutes before restarting, which makes no difference.
    Is this a job specifically for NEFF or would a domestic appliance technician/engineer be able to fix it?

    you need to think if you want to spend money on it

    main board are £181 & £154

    operating module £82

    its probably one of the main board so you would need to buy this and pay labour

    Thanks for your reply and advice Dave.
    I guess I am looking at around quarter of the price of a new hob, so will probably go ahead with the repair. Nevertheless, quite disappointing for a three year old, quality product…
