    As above, went off during use – lowered pan on bottom left position and it tripped main RCD, reset trip came back on but when pan was placed on same position tripped again..now it blows 13amp fuse underneath and also trips the RCD on board if I try to switch hob on. Any help much appreciated.

    well its sounds like a board fault

    main board is £241 on neff site so if your thinking of repairing it it wont be cheap

    Cheers Dave, I had a feeling it would be a major…new hob I think!
