Neff Integrated Dishwasher

Morning all,

I have a problem with a Neff integrated dishwasher – S51E50X1GB/14

The red tap light comes on mid cycle – I have checked the following – the base is bone dry, the flood sensor is working correctly, the machine fills correctly and is draining fine – the tap seems to come on during the cycle (according to the customer)

The cycle washes ok and there is no water left in the sump, hopefully someone can give me a clue?

Static red check water light or flashing?

If static could be water pressure problems, aquastop issues, possibility even the flow meter sticking or dodgy reed switch.

If light flashing then flow sensor, reed switch is more likely the issue.
