Supplied & installed new ‘boxed’ Neff Integrated washer/dryer model V4380X0gb, tested on rinse before leaving everything ok, customer did 2 complete washes and everything ok, he then tried the ‘Fluff Wash’, flooded kitchen!
Went back to check, on the ‘Fluff Wash’ programme it fills higher than rinse programme and does some intermittent spins, the total length of programme is 18 mins, when it gets to 8mins left it floods!
Contacted supplier to replace machine, uninstalled faulty mch and fitted new ‘boxed’ machine and to my absolute horror new machine did exactly same thing!!
Neff engineer to call to check machine in situ in next few days
Has any body else experienced this problem?

Has the machine been installed using an open gravity fed waste pipe? If so chances are it is partially blocked and overflowing?

Thanks for the prompt reply Martin,
I am an experienced repair engineer but I posted this on the wrong forum, I meant to put it on the trade technical forum hoping more people on there might have had the same problem.
The waste pipe is connected to a spigot under the sink
The water, I think!, is coming out of the condenser box at the back right hand side
This model, despite costing over £900, has no flood protection device in the base!

Possible the water delivery tube that plugs into the condenser isn’t in.
