model enr v4380xxogb
intermitent dryer probs…
tested all the usual…element, tocs,etc cant find any faults…
customer is adament that sometimes dryer doesnt work..
any ideas ???/

does the dryer display cut out and then come back on again at original dry time?.
If so you’re looking at the power module 295666.

displays seems ok….
never seen it myself…this is an intermittent fault…
personaly i think customers talking _ _ ap….
but still need a clue where to start….
any time ive been there every things working ok….any-one got bosch tech line tel no ?????

😯 Why would you need that 😕 You have access to Bosch engineers on here, they are more knowledgeable than tech sometimes, as they are in the field and see more rather than just verbatim reading off tech manuals.
Some faults are just a pig but it will get sorted 😉
As Boro suggested could be power board, maybe worth a look for dry joints on that board.
