Neff K3962X0 (Maytag) Defrost Heater

Serial No. 12678392QK
This is an old Maytag or Admiral American fridge freezer. The defrost heater seems to be obsolete if you look up under the Neff model number. But I’ve replaced quite s few of what I think is the same defrost heater on the actual Maytag/ Admiral ones, part number 482000004120 which is available. Can anyone confirm if this is the same defrost heater please?

put in your model and it will give you their part number which seems to be 70301-1

putting that into Qualtex gives me 481201222832 ( says special order but does not say its obsolete)
but check yourself
