I have a Neff K4664X4GB/02 integrated fridge/freezer that has stopped working. Before it finally packed up it was making a strange pulsating noise and it stopped working every now and again and started to work fine again for no reason. Then it stopped working completely. The light comes on fine and I can hear some faint noise for a couple of seconds but the fridge and freezer do not go cold. And I can’t see where the thermostat is on this appliance. Can anyone help me please???????
