    The main oven on my Neff cooker – including fan, heating element and light – have all stopped working. The lower oven still works, as does the clock.

    Are there separate fuses maybe that I should look for or what else may have gone wrong?

    Any help appreciated.

    The timer is on “auto” mode by the sound of it 😉

    Check there 1st

    Many thanks Dave. Thankfully you are absolutely right.

    Your remote diagnosis skills are far better than those I was able to produce when confronted with her desperate phone call.
