I was wondering if anyone knew where we coould obtain a service manual for a Neff Microwave model no: H5430S0GB/02.

I have spoken to appliance care and they only supply them to there authorised service agents.

    Many Thanks

As they are fairly common to all other m/waves, servicing wise that is, was it just a break-down of the spare parts you wanted maybe? Have you checked their website for the bits you need?

    Hi
This breed of microwave isn’t the same physically as most standard microwaves. The high voltage is created by a module pcb rather than the seperate conventonal transformer, capacitor, diode and limiter array.

The most common fault on this type is crack/s in porcelein of magnatron inconjunction with the afore mentioned PCB.

    PCB – 482202 – £115 list
    Magnatron – 268142 – £86 list

If you are having trouble obtaining the spares direct, I’m sure our own Dave Conway will be able to source for you 😀

    Hi Boro
In their defence, I think Neff have addressed the problem because the magnatron has had a part change and Ive not been back to any since

Yeah the part changed a while ago now.

I never go back again now. Always change them as a pair.
