neff microwave cuts out after 2 seconds

I have just changed a inner door glass on a Neff c67m70n0gb/09 combi built in microwave and now the microwave only works for 2 seconds and resets to”appliance ready” I didn’t remove the door to fit the glass so the latches have not moved and all door switches are ok.
I have not fixed microwaves for about 10 years now and only agreed to fix this as it was just the glass, so this is the last time I touch these things but I now have to try and fix this one.
Any advice would be very welcome as the customer is not happy 🙁

Has anybody had any luck with this problem, as I have changed the inner door glass on 2 of these microwaves and the same thing has happened. Only dismantled the door by removing the outer glass, have checked the micro switches in the interlocks, but seem OK. Thanks Bruce

Mine had blown the fuse on the pcb at the back. Once replaced it only lasted a week or so. Customer decided to replace but I think it will need a new mag and out inverter.
