Neff Microwave Error Codes

Hiyas,
I’ve got a microwave, model B6774n0GB/02 displaying E9. Does anyone have the codes for these machines as I’ve also got a Siemens version displaying E10.

E9 – Microwave mode, start sequence: magnetron oscillation does not build up

E10 – Microwave mode, start sequence: Inverter does not respond to activation
